Working very closely with our clients in Winchmore Hill, North London, the project involved the modernisation and reconfiguration of a 1930’s semidetached property.

The refurbishment project involved a new double storey side extension and the rearranging the internal layout to create a long term family home.  The project also involved demolishing internal walls to create a new kitchen arrangement to form a new open plan space that would enable to the family to be in one space and to entertain family and friends.

Inspired by the period of the property, the fixtures and fittings were chosen to reflect the age and character of the property whilst incorporating certain modern design elements to current trends.
