Pinner I, Harrow

A project in Northwest London for a growing young family to transform a tired 1930s semi-detached into a modern family home with the latest technology and facilities to enable the homeowner to have the option to work from home.

The existing property previously had a side extension and a utility room constructed of poor lightweight materials that offered very minimal insulation.  Given the condition of the side extension and the need to bring the property to current standards, designs were developed to remodel the entire property which involved demolishing the existing side extension and rebuilding a new double storey side extension, rear extension, loft conversion and a new patio.

Internally, the house has been remodelled on all floors with the ground floor consisting of a study, front separate lounge, open plan kitchen/dining and lounge and a utility room.  The first floor consists of various bedrooms, family bathroom and a Master Ensuite Bedroom with a walk in dressing room (Master Suite taking the full width of the property).
