With the property in a very dated condition that required much attention to bring to modern standards, we worked very closely with the clients to develop a scheme to develop additional floor space and remodel the layout on all levels of the property.

Already with a current rear extension, the plan involved demolishing the structure and readdressing the internal layout to be more conducive to for a young family.  With a convoluted internal layout, a new arrangement was created to introduce a new front living room leading into a childrens play room and onto a new open plan kitchen dining space created within a newly built extension.

On the first floor level, all rooms were fully refurbished and a new ensuite/dressing room created in the current master bedroom.

The top floor was remodelled to create a guest ensuite bedroom, a study, a utility and plant storage a room and a second bedroom.

As part of the renovation, the rear garden was fully relandscaped.
