A loft conversion project on a sought after address in St Albans, Hertfordshire.  The project involved the conversion of the redundant attic space into a new Master Ensuite Bedroom with a walk in dressing area.

Large glazing were incorporated into the loft dormer to maximise the views out beyond.

The design of the loft was conceived to take advantage of the views and the positioning of the shower in the side dormer to maximise the head height.

As part of the introduction of the new stairs to the attic, the first floor was partially remodelled to cater for the new stairs.
