This project in North London saw a complete overhaul of the property that comprised of a three storey extension.

A ground/first floor extension was added as well as the reconstruction of the roof to accommodate two further bedrooms and a bathroom on the loft level.

The original condition of the property required major refurbishment to bring the property to current standards.  As a result as part of the refurbishment plan, the property was stripped back allowing new services to be installed into the property.

The arrangement of the property comprises of various living space, utility room, open plan kitchen/dining and lounge spaces on the ground floor.  On the first floor, various bedrooms, family bathrooms, study and a Master Ensuite Dressing room and on the loft level, two bedrooms and a shower room.

The end result is a substantial detached home for the young family to grow into.
