A major refurbishment and transformation of a property in Green Meadow, the project saw a complete overhaul of the existing property in terms of the internal space and exterior appearance.

The scheme involved extending the property to the front/both sides and to the rear to maximise the internal space resulting in a substantial detached home for the clients, a young family to grow into.

The design for the project at Admirals Walk involved creating a large kitchen/dining and lounge space and as well as separate living room for entertaining.  A new hidden study, WC, utility, pantry and garage were also added to the ground floor.

On the upper level, all bedrooms were reconfigured with additional ensuite bedrooms and storage on the hallway.

Externally, the property has been redesigned with a combination of dark bricks, black timber cladding and white render to give a blend of different materials and contrast.  The front drive and the rear gardens were also relandscaped to compliment the newly refurbished house.
