A charming terraced Victorian home in South London saw the need to expand to create additional family and living spaces.to make the house work better for our clients.

Where the existing layout offered a restricted kitchen and limited dining space, the project brief was to add a rear extension and to convert the attic into a Master Ensuite Bedroom with sliding doors.

Following a thorough design consultation exploring various design layouts, the final scheme comprised of an open plan kitchen dining arrangement with the lounge positioned beneath the vaulted roof of the new extension.  The converted loft comprise of a Master Ensuite Bedroom with large sliding doors taking advantage of the views beyond.
