Mill Road, South Wimbledon
A householder planning application was submitted to the Merton council for the single storey rear extension at the property at Mill Road. Planning approval was granted The design of the extension comprised of a barn like roof to maximise the internal volume and height of the family area. The proposed extension on the ground floor also involved the reconfiguration layout of the floor plan by providing a new central kitchen arrangement with a kitchen island.
As part of the development of the extension, the garden was also relandscaped with a terrace to accommodate an outside seating/dining area with a BBQ.
