Marshalwick Lane, St Albans

The project at Marshalwick Lane, St Albans involved submitting a planning permission application to St Albans Council in Hertfordshire for the enlargement of two semi-detached houses by extending the ground and the first floor and providing a loft conversion to accommodate a playroom/storage and a shower room.

The enlargement of both houses will provide generously sized open kitchen/dining and living area whilst the first floor will be reconfigured to accommodate additional bedrooms and rearrangement of the existing layout to improve circulation and use of space.

Both houses have previously been granted individual planning permission approvals for kitchen extensions, however this proposal is a joint planning application to both houses to provide better sized bedrooms and living spaces.
