The project at Longland Drive involved a large refurbishment of a 1930s property with complete new relandscaping to the front drive and the rear gardens.

The refurbishment project  saw the demolition of an old garage at the rear of the property and the construction of a side and rear extension, first floor rear extension and the reconstruction of the roof to accommodate a Master Ensuite Bedroom and reconfiguration of all levels of the property.

The ground floor layout comprises of a coats/plant/AV room, a front living room, guest WC, utility room and a large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge space with sliding doors and openable rooflights.

The first floor consists of two ensuite bedrooms, two guest bedrooms and a family bathroom.  On the loft level comprises of a Master Ensuite Bedroom with a Velux balcony window.
